How I work


I draw from multiple psychotherapy models including cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused and values-based approaches. I view therapy as a process in which the client and the therapist work collaboratively.  I am committed to providing a safe space with the potential for change to happen as clients work on the life issues they choose to address. My training in Client-Centred Therapy underpins the respectful, non-judgemental, empathic stance in my interaction with clients.
